The legs are far too short to be any bigfoot. It's just simply a bear.
This is part of the problem with bigfoot research, someone puts out a photo this is a known animal, in this case a mangy bear, and a bunch of people start pushing it as a bigfoot and influence others into thinking it is a bigfoot and then on down the road it is revealed to be a mangy bear and not a bigfoot and the whole bigfoot community looks even more nuts.
